Noderama · Legal
Terms of Service
The agreement for using Noderama and working together responsibly.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Noderama is provided by All Angles Ltd. Contact us at info@noderama.ai about the software, your account, these terms or a complaint. These terms govern your use of Noderama, including Free accounts, collaboration, Deep Nodes and Nodi.
When you create an account and accept these terms, you enter an agreement with All Angles Ltd. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not reduced by these terms.
Purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments also have the purchase terms displayed by Stripe at checkout. Those terms govern the payment transaction; these terms govern use of Noderama. Nothing here overrides mandatory law or the rights given to you at checkout.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share a personal login to avoid editor-seat limits.
Workspace owners and authorised administrators manage membership and access. Your work may be visible to other people with permission in that workspace. An administrator may change or remove your access. Check the workspace and its permissions before uploading confidential material.
The organisation controlling a workspace is responsible for its instructions to members and for having a lawful basis to use personal information about its staff, clients and other people.
3. Features and plan limits
Noderama provides visual project planning, connected nodes, specialist Deep Node editors, table and timeline views, and plan-dependent collaboration, budget and AI features. The Plans page and checkout describe the features and allowances offered when you subscribe.
Project, editor, upload, storage, playback and AI allowances help us run the service reliably. Limits shown in the product apply to your plan. Reaching a limit can prevent additional uploads, playback, projects or AI requests until capacity is available or you change plan. Credits are service allowances, not money.
We maintain and improve the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will suit every purpose. We will give reasonable advance notice of material reductions to paid features, unless an urgent legal or security issue prevents this. Any rights to cancellation or a refund remain available.
4. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Free accounts have no subscription charge. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price confirmed at checkout until cancelled. Studio charges depend on the number of editor seats purchased. Review the total, taxes, renewal interval and any immediate charge before confirming a purchase or plan change.
Use the billing controls in your workspace settings to manage or cancel a subscription, or contact info@noderama.ai for help. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the end of the period already paid for, as shown in the billing portal. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; ask us if you need both.
Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for purchases made through that service. Payment support, refunds and applicable purchase cancellation rights are also available through the contact details on your Stripe receipt. We can help route your request. Do not assume cancellation of renewal automatically refunds earlier charges.
Where consumer law gives you a cooling-off period, a remedy for a faulty or misdescribed service, or another refund right, it continues to apply. Accepting these software terms does not waive those rights. Any legally required request for immediate supply or acknowledgement about cancellation must be collected separately in the purchase process.
We will notify you before a subscription price increase takes effect and allow you to cancel renewal before the changed price applies. A plan downgrade may reduce your available features and limits; export anything you need before making changes.
5. Your work and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the material you upload or create. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support Noderama, carry out your instructions and comply with law. This includes using our service providers and sharing with people you authorise.
Only upload material you have the right to use and share. You are responsible for checking copyright, confidentiality, privacy and other permissions. Do not upload unlawful content or use Noderama to infringe another person’s rights.
We and our licensors retain rights in Noderama’s software, branding and provided materials. You may use included templates as part of your own projects. This does not transfer ownership of the application or give permission to resell it as your own service.
6. Nodi and AI-assisted work
Nodi’s searchable help guide is separate from its paid AI functions. When you use an AI function, the prompt, relevant conversation and project context needed for the requested operation are processed by OpenAI. Research mode can use web search. The Privacy Notice explains this further.
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or similar to output given to others. Check proposed nodes, connections, dates, budgets, sources and edits before applying or relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions and for checking that you can lawfully use generated material.
Nodi is a project-planning assistant, not professional legal, financial, medical or safety advice. Do not use it to make decisions with significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review, or submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Noderama for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, malicious software or unauthorised access. Do not interfere with other users, evade access controls or usage limits, or overload the service.
Report security concerns privately to info@noderama.ai. Do not access another person’s data or disrupt the service while investigating an issue.
8. Ending access and keeping a copy
You can stop using Noderama and request account closure by contacting info@noderama.ai. Export work you need before leaving or losing access to a workspace. Removing an account does not necessarily delete a shared organisation’s project records or information that must be retained for legal reasons.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, non-payment, security risk or legal obligation. Where practical we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export work where practicable. Refunds and other rights required by law or applicable purchase terms are unaffected.
9. Our responsibility
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of this agreement or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Keep suitable independent copies of important work; this does not remove our legal responsibilities.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over these terms.
10. Changes, questions and disputes
The version and date of these terms appear at the top of this page. We will communicate material changes before they take effect where reasonably possible and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
Contact info@noderama.ai first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protection and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available under the law of your home country. We do not require compulsory arbitration or waive those rights.
